This company was the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. From the very beginning, I informed Marile, the owner/recipient, about my health insurance. Despite knowing they didn’t accept it, she wasted my time by proceeding as if everything was fine. They waited until all the paperwork was completed, sent to the school, and approved before notifying me that I would need to switch companies because they couldn’t continue after 10 days of service. My son, who is 5 years old and has ADHD, deserves better treatment. As a full-time college student, I spent hours working with Ramsy on paperwork and sessions to get everything approved by the state—only for it to be for nothing. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company. They need to improve their communication and professionalism.

I never even had a chance to start services. Carlos is dishonest and sneaky. He told me he had no availability and then told Insurance he did have availability. When I spoke to him about it and asked him to call the insurance on three way, he refused. He also stated he didnt know how much he would get paid by insurance, so unprofessional. He hindered my child from receiving services with another provider, because he refused to tell the insurance he did not have avalibity. Be careful this provider, dishonest, misleading and unprofessional al!!!
