The employee turn around through this company is so high it’s almost laughable. The clients best interest is at jeopardy. Do not start therapy with this company. Consistency is key for these clients & this company provides FAR from that.
Very disappointed with this company. They should know the importance of not changing the routine of their clients abruptly and yet, they do it over and over again. For several times, they change my child ABA therapist without informing us or just give us a day or 2. How can we fix our schedule within 1 to 2 days to be with our kid if there's new ABA therapist? We had to appeal several times so they don't do it, but they still do. There's no respect with the patient and family's time.
We did parent training for a couple of months with company. Enjoyed our time here. Recommend!
So far, so good. I was able to get my son with Autism into this center for ABA therapy very quickly thanks to the CCBS team, they were extremely fast with their responses and kept me in the loop. I appreciated how quickly they got back to me. Although I am not happy with our insurance provider, CCBS made me feel much better with their professionalism and eagerness for helping me to get my son started. So far we are new but it has been a pleasant experience and my son liked the center. I will update my review after we have got some sessions in with BT's but I recommend them so far based on their responsiveness and professionalism.
Impossible to get a hold of. Never answers the phone despite having a receptionist. Phone calls are never returned. Very frustrating
