Wish nd child support let people know when there case workers resign.
They over charged me for child support all because my worker never told them that I didnt have rights anymore and they had to call the worker to confirm it well now they won't fix where I was still being charged after loosing my rights
I appreciate the patience and professionalism of everyone I've interacted with here, whether over the phone or walk in. Always quick, informative, kind, personable, and understanding to the father of my child as well as me. I had one bad interaction years ago but have not seen nor spoken to that woman since. Hopefully they recognized her inability to do her job without putting others down.
Miraculously they seem to finally be working with me hopefully it holds. I changed it to a two-star I'm hoping to give them at least a four-star at some point I don't know if I can ever give a five-star but maybe. They took my license, while I had a job, was working, in communication with them AND had a court order protecting me until April 1st 2020, they took it in February which messed up my job.. AND then they report the balance to my credit so I can't even get a lease, a job, a vehicle. I'm 38, have a 2 year degree and worked professional jobs most my adulthood. Yet I am treated like a lazy 20 something that failed to launch After highschool. I had a career and was able to afford my kids when they were born. What am I supposed to do? I'm supposed to be able to trust the system because it's based on a set of rules and laws that we are all supposed to be held to. And we all know to some degree that there's unfairness but this is unlike anything anyone should have to deal with. It's been over a year since I originally wrote this review and nothing really has changed other than everybody's told tiny I need to take legal action which I can't do without money.
Director refuses to remove horrifically disrespectful call center employee. I have several recordings of her repeated disrespect to taxpayers and clients of child support who pay for their services. 2 months I had child support tell me I was wrong and had to hire a lawyer to get the truth and then finally the director called me and said I am so sorry. I went to go do the DNA test for my child when I knew that child was that Man's father because he was I went to go do the DNA test for my child when I knew that child was that Man's father because he was the I went to go do the DNA test for my child when I knew that Man father. I went to go do the DNA test for my child, because he requested it and guess what their employee said, she said, "oh he's a tall drink of water." If you know lingo, you know that means he's a tall handsome man... Here this man abandoned me and my child for over 3 years and I had to hear their employee tell me that he's a tall handsome man. The level of disrespect that 90% of the workers at child support give to their clients is unacceptable. We pay for services that we do not receive because we have one call center employee who refuses to give her name and hangs up on us when she's wrong. I would like to speak to the director again, and I would like to know who's going to return the money I had to spend to pay for the lawyer to get the truth to prove to you guys that we're wrong and that law was being violated by a big bank. That was leaving us to suffer and nobody there cared.
