Prepare to wait YEARS and then get removed from the waitlist for no valid reason. Horrible management of family services. Not helpful. Not friendly. I've spoken to a few other ASD families who have had the same horrible service and YEARS of waitlist waiting. We have been on the waitlist for YEARS. During that time, we changed insurance providers several times, and now they have removed us from the waitlist b/c they no longer accepting UHC, UMR, Medica, etc. - but they still can't say how many more years we would have remained on the waitlist.
My son has received services here for over 2 years and they have been wonderful. I know ABA can be controversial so I was very nervous about him starting therapy. The in-home option gave me peace of mind knowing that I was there if needed. He has always loved his therapists and is excited to see them. He's made amazing progress and now attends in-clinic so he can work more on his social skills and he's always excited to go. The staff have all been great with him and I'm so happy we chose this provider!
