I have had a positive experience with ChAMP. I have been able to grow my skills and have learned a lot about autism.

I won’t give any star or rate for personal reasons. I feel terrible. Lost mum and dad and was going home for funeral. I called to get a schedule,and was told my file was missing which is weird. I called repeatedly ,someday no pick ups,some days luck, kept telling me call back until the 3rd week I was frustrated . She asked me to start a new hire packet which was to my disadvantage considering how long I have worked for them and the financial implications🤷‍♀️. She said that was my only option. She emailed them and I could not DocuSign I had to go to the ups and paid to scan and filled out all the paperwork. I can remember crying cause I took a loan from my friend. After all said she said I have to go get background done. I did, and spent around 75$, and started to call the office again no pine answering and finally when she did she said it had not come. I waited and after a few days went to the mva only to find out it was there and she never opened it according to the trackers at the mva . I was still not bothered as they could be glitches in the system. I called again same story no one picking for days until finally one lucky day and I left a voice message sadly. I gave her the tracking number as she requested and all she had asked me to get for confirmation, unknowing to me it was just a way of getting me away from the company. She never responded to my emails nor calls till today. I feel bad cause I was unable to go butry my parents cause I had zero and wanted to work to raise funds which I told her. Why make me go loan money for process you know you weren’t willing to see through. I cried endlessly. Took about two months of stress where I could have worked else where but was hopeful cause I felt I had worked there before and could adjust faster than a new place. I struggled daily with my health from that point cause it added to my pain. I can never ever forget this cruel act. Where is the humanity in us? Telling me no would have been way better than the mental torment. I won’t rate your company zero cause I believe the owners won’t be this cruel . And In my opinion it was just personal and racial discremination cause two other people worked there after me that I am aware.! It’s sad!!! I pray you don’t go through what I went through.

This is a awesome and amazing provider they have the most wonderful therapists and the most kind owner. I have worked with them for over 10 years now and I have experienced nothing but professionalism. We also received an amazing family consultant who is now become like family. Thank you champ for all your hard work and amazing service. My son has truly benefitted a lot through you guys. Much Love.
