Staff for the Supervised Visits with Children here are very unprofessional to say the least. They allowed my child to be subjected to being photographed and video recorded during visits, being forced onto phonecalls with people who were not allowed to participate in the supervised visit, be emotionally upset that the person the child was visiting with was allowed to cry and manipulate the childs feelings during visits, plan vacations and discuss custody with my child and show inappropriate material to my child on cell phone during visits. It was not until a hearing that I learned cell phones are not allowed in the supervised visits but the worker was allowing it all as well as cancelling visits due to not having a babysitter and demanding I leave my child extra time at future visits to make up for it and go against our court order so she would still be paid. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE and I have heard nothing but terrible stories from families who have went here.

We work with this business threw our facility. All of the workers that have came onsite have been very professional. The services they offer have helped my clients in so many ways. I refer all my clients that have active CPS cases to them and will continue to do so. I do not agree with the other reviews posted. I have personally witnessed several cases succeed because of the workers at Children First.

This is the most unprofessional unorthodox and unskilled set of employees and business I have ever seen. Even the supervisor is very disrespectful. Everything must be on their time and they are very Unaccommodating to anyone's schedule but theirs. The employees are very rude and disrespectful to parents.they make their own rules as they go. I advise to save any and all conversations and text messages and advise that when dealing with them you have a lawyer. This place of establishment should not be operational anymore.

At first they seemed very friendly and helpful, a few weeks in no returned phone calls, texts or emails.was told I would be reimbursed for items I needed and that never happened with. Worse of all I was told my senior, inside , small dog had to get a rabies vaccine, it killed my dog and I can't get a response from them.

This is not a legitimate company! They are not in compliance with the secretary of states office and they are working with a Nigerian man to try to steal babies. Be extremely careful, demand that you speak with cps and get proper identification and never talk to then without a lawyer!!

This organization is the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. Scheduling with them is a nightmare, and their providers cancel, and rescheduling constantly over the most ridiculous issues. The information given about appointment rules are directly different from what is presented by the provider. Brianna was the name of our provider, she has constantly made even working with them a nightmare. I was very gracious the first few times she cancelled visits for "emergencies" while she was completely not understanding in any of her dealings with me. She never followed covid 19 procedures, and was the worst representative of putting children first I could possibly imagine. If every provider at this establishment is like her then the whole premise of the business these people do is a complete lie.....
