Employees are unable to answer the phone at all for some odd reason, always having to play phone tag to reschedule appointments or even talk to anyone in the office quite ridiculous
Front desk reception always on private cell phones texting not paying attention to patients needs and not completing tasks
They are always making unwanted appointments. When calling you get voicemail. They change your appointments without your knowledge. A manager has called me previously on this saying they were going to fix this problem and didn’t.
My son is almost 20. He has Down Syndrome. He can be stubborn. Every time we go to our appointments we are helped in so many ways from resources, to making my son feel comfortable. They give their all. It is very appreciated.
My son has been on the waiting list for almost a year and they still don’t think he’s a priority even though he was born extremely premature and very much needs services. I would not recommend. They do not prioritize your child and say “you can keep waiting.”
I followed my children's pediatrician here and I'm very happy with the level of professionalism and care every member of the staff shows my kids and me while we're there. They have a huge fish tank my kids love and a whole area of sensory games right when you walk in. It's sometimes hard to pull my kids upstairs for their appointment.
