Dr. French as well as the nurses were phenomenal! The front desk receptionist did offend me during check out. It was during lunchtime so only one checkout window was open and the staff was already waiting on someone. I stopped by the front desk to see if I needed to proceed to the checkout window or if sli needed to be checked out by her. She told me to go to the checkout window and I did. So as I'm waiting there comes a white female needing to be checked out and guess what the front desk receptionist did for her when she asked the exact same question that I asked....she checked her out. I did ask what was the difference between she and I. Of course, she gave some bogus reasoning saying that the checkout window is the first method of checking out if a patient isn't being checked out but get this, a patient was actively being checked out when I asked if she needed to check me out.
Every visit whether planned or emergency they handle us with care and respect making us and our little one comfortable! All the staff from the front administration area to the medical staff are very welcoming and kind!
