Brought my daughter here for an evaluation, spent the entire day here and she saw several people, but they only diagnosed her with ADHD. Got a second opinion years later and she was diagnosed with ASD, PDA, ADHD and ARFID. It would've been really nice to have these diagnoses over the past 8 years 😒

Billing and insurance department is horrible. They are billing my insurance instead of daughters for three months

I can see at least one of the 5 star reviews comes from an employee of the practice. Trust the 1 star reviews. The inconsistencies between clinicians, lack of communication with parents, sometimes outright dishonesty with parents, lack of clinical boundaries with teen patients (no they are not your friends that is inappropriate), unpreparedness for inefficient zoom calls, are all concerns here.

I'm writing a second review because it is worth sharing. I find it deplorable that the counselors and clinicians prescribing medication do not inform parents of teens of medication changes and tell the parent they have no say over the medication they prescribe because of the CHILD'S age. They even lie about the addictive nature of medication and rather than attacking the root of the issue, medicate it. Again without parent input. But when it comes time to send you a bill, there is no issue of communication.

So far I have been very happy with my experience. The office people are very nice and helpful and answered all my questions. The two doctors we have seen have answered all my questions and listened to me about the concerns I have about my daughter. They are caring. We did the evaluations, blood tests and genomide testing. Now we are going to have a regroup where a plan is being made. They pick up the phone when you call and appointments are made quickly. Many offices you have to wait very long to be seen especially when it comes to mental health. We were seen almost immediately here. Very impressed! We had Dr. Deb for therapy and she was very sweet and gave great suggestions.

Went threw a bunch of test for my daughter. Was told she needed all kinds of therapy to help get her caught up. Was told she has a mindset of a 7 year old yet shes actually 10. Agreed for the therapy. Everyone agreed therapy first. The owner kept pushing for meds. Once I stated I want to try my other options first before meds I Was basically pushed out the door!! Still waiting on a call back for her therapy sessions and it’s been 3 months later now!! Very u professional just wants your money!!!!!! Wasted time and money on all these test and labs!!
