We’ve been going here for OT and SPEECH since 2022, and we love it! Miss Kate (OT) and Miss Serena (Speech) are the greatest! They both are so dedicated to making a difference in my son’s ability to function and grow, it truly means the world to me. They make a point to find out what he likes and what would gain his attention and use it to motivate him in session. There are countless ways they have educated me on how to better serve him and what to do in certain situations, ways I would have never thought of. Also, I read the other reviews regarding having issues with the receptionist, in the time we’ve been here, we’ve seen a few come and go, mostly all great people, some better at their job than others. However the receptionist who is there now is fantastic! Jay always greets you with a refreshing smile and welcoming attitude. He is very efficient and I have zero complaints. There is a back office that handles billing, and they typically would reach out to my via email and I wouldn’t get their email unless I knew to look for it, so we worked out another option and they text me instead. You are your child’s advocate as well as your own, so making sure your kids therapy is streamlined so that everyone is on the same page is essential. I am very grateful for the support and cooperation we’ve received from CLC and plan to remain doing therapy here for year to come. I hope this helps anyone who read the one star reviews and were worried that this was a rag tag place. I can assure you it’s a 5 star experience. The clinic is clean, beautiful, and the equipment is all top notch quality and is well maintained. The therapists have freedom to customize the session which means they have no problem bringing in new and exciting things to keep the clients happy. I highly recommend CLC to anyone needed ABA, OT, or Speech!

Not recommending this clinic due to complicated and unprofessional administrative team. Very bad experience with CLC.

Extremely poor administrative management and communication. If you choose this clinic be ready for lots of frustration and stress from the poor and complicated system.

Corey was my son's speech therapist. When he had his speech evaluation in November of last year, she looked very promising and her supervisor was also extremely helpful and insightful. We started his speech sessions in January and noticed his sessions were being cut short at least 3-5 mins (Speech sessions are 30 mins btw). Additionally, she came out a couple of minutes late too. Through the course of several sessions, I tallied up the lost minutes due to early dismissal and a delayed start and it equated to about a session and a half in the seven sessions my son received. I spoke to the intake department and they claimed these early dismissals were due to "sanitizing the toys." The only reason I am giving this a 3 out of 5 is because the intake department was very transparent and responsive with my questions. And yes, Corey was kind, but as a parent of a child with ASD, I felt she could've gone much further to aid my son. Wouldn't really recommend any future clients here.

2021: Just graduated! Our therapists are awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable and focused on the best result for the child and family. Our child learned skills which made him a happier person. Parents learned a lot as well :) 2019:Great place. Very skilled therapists. Kids like being here. I have a few friends who found this place after shopping around and trying other places.

Although Ben the OT was able to make some progress with my child everything else from the clerical staff, to the scheduling or lack there of is extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t bother wasting your time or money. Find a real OT facility
