⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My team is 10/10 🫶🏾 I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have Morgan as my son's BCBA at Children's Specialized ABA. From our very first encounter, she has been a beacon of support and kindness. Morgan's dedication to my son's progress over the past year and a half has been nothing short of transformative. She goes above and beyond, providing not only valuable resources, top tier service but also emotional support. Morgan has been a shoulder to cry on, literally, always ready to share a laugh and make me feel at ease. I genuinely believe that we wouldn't be where we are today without her encouragement and unwavering commitment. She truly cares about my son and our family, creating a safe space that has made a huge difference in our lives. I also want to give a shoutout to Sahara, my son's RBT, who joined the team last year. That’s my girl! She has been equally amazing, quickly becoming an integral part of our support system. She’s knowledgeable, communicative, supportive, and efficient. Genuinely an outstanding RBT and person alike. She really has been God sent! Together, Morgan and Sahara form a stellar duo that has been a blessing for my son. The impact these two women have on families like mine is immeasurable. Their dedication and compassion deserve recognition, and I truly hope their contributions continue to be valued. Thank you, Morgan and Sahara for all that you do!
PARENTS!! READ FULLY! Despite branding itself as client-centered, the organization’s priorities make it clear that revenue from insurance is valued far more than client well-being. Best practices are frequently overlooked or ignored in favor of maximizing billable hours, which puts both clients and staff in difficult positions. The hospital they recently rebranded with should take a serious look at who they have chosen to partner with. Leadership is filled with individuals who have received unjustified promotions and lack the qualifications needed for their roles. Some leaders cannot even use the basic data collection systems required for accurate reporting, yet are responsible for guiding clinical and operational decisions. Equally troubling is the fact that client progress data is being submitted to a national data registry without parents being explicitly informed. Families deserve full transparency regarding how their child’s information is used, yet this critical detail is glossed over rather than openly communicated. Parents, I encourage you to ask your BCBA what the “clinical outcome data” is and what it’s being used for, as no other company that I have come across uses this data to report to the NADR but this company does in order to “show progress” to insurance funders which is a fancy way of saying that they use this data to get more money for themselves from your insurance companies.
Highly recommend to any of my Nuerodivergent families out there who are seeking a safe, loving, and special place for their loved one. I was so nervous sending my son to an in-person ABA especially ALONE and non-verbal. It's the scariest feeling as a special needs mom. His BCBA (shutout Alex) and the many ABA's (shoutout Ms. Rachel) that cared for my son and changed him in the most positive ways possible. Even the Administrative staff is the most helpful I have ever seen in my life! They are just there whenever you need them in every possible way (shoutout to Sarah) .Always trust your gut as a parent but definitely trust that Blue Balloon 🎈 will take care of your child like their own. You will see changes you never thought possible. And never be afraid to communicate your needs they will hear you. ✨️
Jasmine and her team of BCBA’s and RBTs very welcoming and friendly. The Clinic has a positive culture which empowers children to explore their interests and incorporate that into outstanding ABA services for children on the autism spectrum.

Mom here- my sons 6 years old and engaged in motor and vocal stereotypy. He’s your typical toe walker and vocal stimmer who requires a lot of hands on support and redirection. He has sensory processing disorder and needs a lot of sensory support or gets overwhelmed. I enrolled my son in prek 4 in our public school district and within two months of enrolling him, he came home bruised and was terrified of going to school. I’m not sure what happened but I knew I had to take him out and fight out of district. So from when he was 4 (back in 2023) we joined an ABA agency which practiced bad ABA and ended up traumatizing my son. We experienced ABA trauma and the therapist my son had, prevented my son from playing and ran her session with constant discrete trial. I felt like the therapist never wanted to build a relationship with my son and was only there to complete the programs my son had in his treatment plan. She would come home and would get straight to working on the programs, often ignoring my sons sensory needs and forcing him to comply. This made me unenroll him completely in ABA and hate ABA. Because of the trauma my son experienced, I knew he needed a play based approach where they were understanding of his needs and actually wanted to build a relationship with my son so we then switched to DIR floor time therapy. It worked for a few weeks they didn’t provide the structure my son needed and it made my son more self directed. I also didn’t have a detailed report nor assessment like the ones I received with ABA (VB- MAPP). So I decided to keep him home. Then I found out children’s specialized was launching their line of ABA and prayed for some type of direction. I was scared of starting ABA again because of everything we experienced but I knew ABA therapy was what my son needed because he understood the concept of the therapy and it provided him with structure, BCBA oversight, and opportunities for learning. After much thinking I decided to start the process for in home because I didn’t trust anyone with my son, and throughout the process they informed me about clinic options. I was skeptical because I’m aware of cases where ABA clinics have only harmed children and agencies who take in children for case loads for personal financial gain. I was encouraged to tour the clinic and see if I felt comfortable. After much discussion with the team and constant reassurance, I decided to give children’s specialized hospital a chance. When a BCBA came in to conduct our VB-MAPP and we met to go over my sons treatment plan, I was surprised and really grateful to see that all of the goals in my sons plan were strictly for communication (Manding, requesting, following one step directions) and play (picking up toys, sharing toys, requesting toys, choosing activities to play with, etc). In the other ABA agency we experienced ABA trauma in, all of my sons goals required him to match, identify, draw, write, etc. I knew my son wasn’t ready for all of that yet and needed to really work on prerequisite skills as well as foundational learning skills like attending, engaging, communicating, waiting, requesting, etc. And children’s specialized hospital saw just that. They saw he needed help in those areas and really met my son where he was. I knew my son was going to have the clinic experience and was going to be learning through a natural environment, most importantly through play. When I visited the center, I saw more toys than anything. They have sensory rooms and gym for the kids to run in. We’re very happy here. My sons sensory needs are met, there’s no forcing him to do anything he doesn’t want to do, RBTs are using AAC devices, they’re always trying to build a relationship with the kids, everyone in the building are always happy to see our kids and every other child who walks in, and most importantly, there’s a lot of transparency between staff and parents. All questions I’ve had, we’re always answered. And my son has always been found clean and happy. He loved going to the clinic and were so grateful for CSH ABA.
I have so much nice things to say about this place . Ever since my son has started in less then two weeks my son started talking saying his alphabets and started saying eat, eat when he is hungry now . When my son went into this therapy he was not talking or engaging. Since my son started this therapy he has grown so much and as a mom with a autism child little things matter but it like he is just big stepping and it all because the staff and His buddy Kevon that has been teaching my son so well . Thank you for all you are doing for my son god bless you all.
