CTC has been great for my school aged daughter. I have seen huge improvements in the 1.5 years she has attended. Each therapist we have seen has been awesome and the staff is always accommodating. They go out of their way to get to know each kid and family, you can tell they really care.

I was finally contacted after a month for my child's OT to have an appointment for them after the referral. Then they didn't contact us after we called multiple times for another 2 months. That was 2 months ago.

My son was referred to this organization by his PCP for speech services over the summer. We were contacted for the first step in collected history information almost 2 months ago and did not receive any further calls for scheduling the evaluation or establishing services. I called 4 times and each time was informed that I would be contacted and there was never contact that came. Very disappointing experience.

My daughter Morgan has autism and has been coming to CTC Lansing for a couple of months now - we are SO happy with how amazing all of the staff are. We can’t possibly put into words our gratitude to her speech therapist, Michael and her Occupational Therapist, Emily. Morgan has made outstanding progress and has so much love for the both of them. She is always so excited to come to “crayon building” every day. As a parent, talking with Emily and Michael has been so easy since day one - I have never felt more at ease and comfortable leaving Morgan in their care, and I look forward to seeing them every day myself. We love CTC! ❤️❤️

My son was hospitalized previously and when he was discharged he needed feeding, physical and occupational therapies. He just graduated from therapy today. He has come so far in just three short months. My first call was to Miss Ellen to get him registered and on the schedule. We had only been home from the hospital a few days at that point and I was a bit frazzled but she walked me through everything over the phone and put my mind at ease. We saw her numerous times over the past three months and she was always so welcoming at the front desk. His therapists, Miss Emily, Miss Tracy, and Miss Jessi were amazing and helped him recover from his illness so much faster than we could have anticipated. Everyone was always so kind and great to work with. They listened to our concerns and worked with us to help him recover. We are so thankful for the work everyone has done to get him back to himself again. He is now hitting all of his milestones and excelling. We can't thank CTC enough!

My autistic son has been going here since July, I love this place! I know I'm not the only parent that does because all you ever see is happy faces. I couldn't feel more comfortable leaving my son in the hands of these wonderful therapists. They work so hard with my son and within 3 weeks he was signing more consistently! He has went from being non verbal to actually saying 3-5 words, and this was within a couple of months. I have also sat in on multiple sessions and seen other therapists work with other children in the same gym. They're all gentle with the children and actually grow a relationship with them which is nice because it makes it easier to trust them with your child while you can't be in the session. It's not easy dealing with handicapped children but these therapists were made for it. This place is a blessing to me, my fiancé, and our son. I'm thankful for all the staff! They're all wonderful and my son adores them.
