Kira Fazzari is a wonderful SLP who truly cares about this kids she works with. She meets kids on their level, giving them ALL communication tools they may need. She doesn’t force verbal speech but does encourage it while also using other modes of communication. Kira even took the time to learn some ASL and helped us get an AAC device when needed. If your kiddo is needing an SLP, I HIGHLY recommend Kira at CTP. The only downside is billing department. I have had to keep an eye on the billing because for a few months they weren’t charging us the co-pay and I hadn’t noticed (since it was on auto-pay). So one day when checking in for an appointment I had to pay a few hundred dollars plus that days co-pay. And then it turns out they were charging the incorrect co-pay amount. It was only off by a dollar, but it adds up over time. Gidget in the billing office did get it all sorted out recently and I do appreciate her help.
Since this company was bought out a year ago or so they have gone downhill. I’m very disappointed in the way they treat their clients. It seems these days it’s only about the money and not the actual services rendered. Very very disappointed.
