Children's Urgent Care at New Berlin Clinic

Not a walk in clinic at all. If you walk in you will he waiting hours. Staff is unprofessional and unprepared to handle a typical Saturday during flu and cold season. Waited.1.5 hours while people who came in after us were taken before us. Went to Pro Health and had a much better experience.

Went in fir an xray for my son after a sports injury. Front start to finish, the absolute best team was involved. PA, RN, front desk....all very informative, courteous, in sync and just plain helpful. Walked out in less than an hour with a treatment plan and a less anxious child...we are lucky to have a place and people like this....cheers to all!!

Dr. Kate and the nurse were amazing. They saw my son’s nervousness about getting stitches and they talked to him and explained to him about everything. I was very pleased with our experience. Love this urgent care location and staff.

While the staff was nice and helpful the cost was just terrible. We were not informed prior to our child being seen the cost even though I asked, just told I would be billed. Now we have a deductible plan and I expected a large bill, but this was just unacceptable, about twice what we expected. Don’t go here if you have private insurance and can pick someplace else. Broke the bank and we did not get any additional help for our child.

First time at a New Berlin Children's Urgent Care. My 5 year old dislikes medical visits in general but the environment was calm and the staff was friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait long. They patiently listened as my son told them how he was feeling. He was diagnosed and we were given instructions and a presription. My son left with a much better attitude towards medical care. I would highly recommend this urgent care.
