My son Noah has now had 3 sessions with Ms.Charlotte who services in the Belleville/Canton area. She does such a great job and is very informative. He has enjoyed her company from day 1. We are very appreciative to have Ms.Charlotte.

Narjs is the best front desk receptionist i’ve spoken too customer service is top notch, 100% recommend this place!!

I sadly have been extremely disappointed with the services here. We were referred through TOTE for Early On services for my child’s speech delay. I was told that we would be seen at least twice a month, but in the five months I was using the services I think we were seen twice in the same month only one time, and that is because I would keep reminding our provider (Lyndsey) that she needed to schedule another visit with us when I realized she wasn’t going to because there were only 3 days left in the month. I reached out and asked for more appointments multiple times and that shouldn’t be the patient’s responsibility to remind the provider to see them (she was supposed to be reaching out to me to schedule around her other appointments). On top of that, she never once showed up on time, and that is when she showed up at all. Even my mom brought up to me how our provider was very late (at least 30 minutes) to every appointment that she came to. Unfortunately she would regularly cancel on me at the time of the appointment. This was very frustrating because we would plan other appointments and events around our speech services and they almost never happened as scheduled. I was very flexible with the provider & even when she would mess up the schedule or decide last second that she wanted to come the next day, I always let her. Sometimes she would reschedule for later the same week and then still wouldn’t come. One time she rescheduled for later that week and I said we have a pediatrician appt at 130 but she could come at 3:30, and she said speech doesn’t like to work past 3 but she would still come.. then texted me at 2pm that she’s at my house, knowing we had a 1:30 pediatrician visit and wouldn’t be there. She said “I’m already home but I dropped off some books at the door.” Sounds like a ploy to get off work early on a Friday to me and pretend she tried to see us - but that’s just my opinion. She offered to come back later (3rd reschedule for that week’s appt) but I ended up explaining my rising frustrations of all my time wasted, and she apologized for her attendance problem and told me that there are more resources she can use with us and tried to get me to continue with their services. She said she would start seeing us every Wednesday morning at 8:30. The following Wednesday morning, she no-showed. I never heard from her either. I texted her at 9am and said just forget it. The services themselves didn’t seem very beneficial to us anyway because she kept telling us she doesn’t have anything else to add since we “are doing everything right.” Overall the situations were handled very unprofessionally and as a healthcare provider myself, I am very disappointed with the LACK of services we ended up receiving. We only saw an actual SLP 1 time, on FaceTime, and she didn’t do or say anything, it was just for an “eval” for our first appointment. Never saw her again. Honestly wasted 5 months with this company, and my daughter could’ve been getting actual care that whole time somewhere else.

Most of their therapists are new and inexperienced; they don't even talk to the children. Some are constantly on their phones and don't teach the children anything. I absolutely do not recommend them. Finally, they are only interested in children who can commit to many hours of therapy; if a child can't commit to that many hours, they are not a good client for them.

Hello, if you are looking for ABA therapy, I 100% recommend this place. They are very professional, kind, and respectful. In my personal opinion, Chitter Chatter is the best thing that could have happened to my children with autism. They learned so much, achieving things I never imagined. From toilet training to writing, reading, communicating, describing, and speaking—now my children speak! It's so beautiful to see everything they learned at this center. I give thanks to their mentors, Alexander and Yaser, who were always so kind and attentive, as well as to the technicians who were so dedicated to their work, teaching with love. The little children who entered with a diagnosis of severe non-verbal autism are now verbal children with great potential. Thank you all.

Chitter Chatter has been an absolutely incredible experience. My son has been receiving ABA services since January, and I can't thank the supervisor and the technicians enough for their efforts with him. Anyone who knows my child can tell how much he has improved in such a short period of time. He didn't say much when he first started, but his team has always pushed him to talk, and now he's trying to talk more and express himself more. He even has an AAEC device, which his technicians always make sure he uses in order for him to progress in all areas. Supervisor always checks in with his speech team to make sure everyone is on the same page and to see what they can do to help him improve his speech. For us to see progress in our children, we must incorporate ABA techniques into their daily lives. In the absence of consistency, substantial progress will be hindered.

My son has been receiving service with them for one year. He has changed 180. Today is his graduation and I'm very happy and satisfied with what Chitter Chatter team has done for my son. I recommend this place 100%
