I started with Chris in Couples Therapy. After a few sessions, he brought up my anxiety issue (which I didn’t realize that I had). He was completely correct. I started to realize how anxiety was affecting almost everything about my day-to-day life. While sitting and working with Chris, it was almost as if he had an invisible bag of knowledgeable skills and ideas sitting next to him. He would quickly grab the correct one and cater it to help me with my specific situation. It was sometimes amazing to witness. Chris has been a therapist for couples and individuals for several years. In my mind, he had heard it all. Knowing that helped me open up about my issues. He is genuine, non-judging and will put you at ease.

I had always had great skepticism toward therapy. My mindset was that I was 'weak' if I could not deal with things myself. Getting to the parking lot was a struggle for me, let alone being able to open up about anything. Chris was masterful at easing my preconceived notions and just getting me to talk. Before I knew it, there I was opening up about things that I would never nor had ever spoken to anyone about. Chris took my story and helped teach me so much about myself that I could not do alone. He opened my eyes to a better way of viewing life. I would easily state that Chris changed my life for the better. To say that I would recommend Chris to anyone that has my stubborn nature is a gross understatement. Thank you Chris.
