I probably can give a negative star to this program and the people associated with this program if available. As a parent of an autistic son , I have been trying to make an appointment for almost 6 weeks now. They started saying they need a referral from his primary care to be expedited. They got the referral. Then , they say my son is an adult as it is 19 now and they need to talk to him directly. I shared his phone number and they never called him. After multiple calls to them , they finally sent an authorization form to release his info to his primary care and it's been a week now since my son signed the authorization form. Still no luck. If it's taking this long just to schedule an appointment , I am not sure how long will it be the actual appointment to take place. Imagine the pain of autism parents. and the irony is this program supposed to be designed to help people come out of that pain!
