I will start by saying, Ms. Hawkins is great! Absolutely wonderful. I wish she didn’t work there. This has to be the worst Mental health facility I have ever had the opportunity of knowing about & dealing with. I highly doubt they give 2 cents about the patients. First rule of thumb, (and I should not be telling a mental health facility this) If you are dealing with people with mental health issues (especially the severe) you absolutely don’t act inconsistent and unprofessional.(the rest of the staff) Doing so will set someone off with mental health issues. They can’t successfully answer the phone and are exceptionally condescending when they call back. I absolutely don’t recommend going here. Seek mental health care elsewhere.
