They are very unorganized and rude. I have had appointments skipped over, and when I called the manager to fix this issue, as it has happened before, she hung up, and I had to reschedule my appointment because of their continued mistakes and negligence. Try to go literally anywhere else.

DO NOT GO THERE. The staff is completely unprofessional and had no care to address the needs of people getting help and also what the service is there for! The overall environment is not Conducive to recovery, lack of communication was an issue. Being told that in a 3 hour group we were not permitted to use the restroom or bring any type of food. Cary is who runs the facility does not care about anyone who walks through the doors. It’s a business first to her and unfortunately people cannot get the help they desire. Interrupting group multiple times a day, kicking out people who were doing the right things instead of wrong. I would not recommend this facility to anyone in need of Help. The workers who work hand in hand with people in it are great but it starts from the top. Oh and hopefully you don’t run into another client from there outside of chrysalis. You’ll be threatened with redoing a phase of 2.5 months. I went there for help and got everything but that. Unfortunately the people of our town have little hope to getting better but this place only makes it worse. Someone needs to investigate this facility ASAP. Do better Jefferson county! With Cary there no one will get help.

My old therapist Rachel is fantastic I’ll definitely say! Would recommend her to anyone! The bad thing is the front desk and people in the office being so rude. They said I’ve canceled/rescheduled 5 times already!! Which is false and today would’ve been my 3rd if that! The last one shouldn’t have counted against me anyways because THEIR internet was down and couldn’t have my appointment! Than calls back 20 minutes before my appointment and asks if I still want to come in!! Like no you already said I could reschedule. Like wth!! The only good thing about this place is the darn therapist!

I've. Been going here for almost 10 years when it was still Jefferson behavioral. The caseworker division sucks however Dana and my current therapist Jordan are awesome. I had Rhonda when it was Jefferson behavioral and she's wonderful too. The caseworker program does not factor in physical disabilities and they don't treat caseworker well when a patient is having a physical issue well as if it's the caseworker fault when it's not. Sometimes physical disabilities happen and administration needs to be more flexible on that.

I personally have used chrysalis for 3 years now and is the best service I have ever used ....Madeline Tyson ...Zoey ......Katie some of the most dedicated ppl I have ever met in their fields

They got me in quickly about 3 years ago after an issue with my old doctor which is the only reason they get 1 star. This past month after 3 years of treatment, they coldly let me know they were no longer able to see me for absolutely no reason. Never canceled, never had to reschedule, had a payment plan, insurance never changed. Wiped me from the system with no interim script so I can switch doctors. Sorry, this place won’t care about you either!

I have to say that my experience overall has been excellent. There was an issue and it was big however Jesse, medical administrator, stepped in herself and is addressing the problem personally as well as the problem that caused it. There are staffing issues everywhere these days and unfortunately this facility was not immune. But overall my therapist Ruby is amazing My case manager Maddie is amazing All three of these ladies have went above and beyond for me
