Terrible. Incompetence and rudeness are the only thing you get at this place. They threaten to call DCS if they are short staffed and you can't drop everything you are doing to pick up your child - once again.. because they are always short staffed. They are on the thousandth director for this year and this one is the worst. Don't bother going there. We are filling several complaints with medicaid and the autism society - which they've never even heard of. Pathetic.

The staff here are so incredible! They are amazing with my daughter and understand her needs to be successful.

Management forces kids to stay when they have fevers over 100.3. They allowed there to be feces and urine left in a clients room on the floor for over a week. When therapist spoke up about it they were fired. KENNEDY NELSON IS TO BLAME!

Do not take your children to this clinic, not only do they treat the employees poorly they DO NOT care about your children. If your child is sick they WILL NOT send them home in a timely manner just to collect the money they make from insurance on your child. There are plenty of places to take your child, just don’t consider this one. Poor management, they only see your children as a dollar sign

Terrible place don’t bring your kids here. New management is absolutely terrible.

Treat the employees like crap and change how we’re supposed to handle your children everyday. Management here is terrible. There is zero communication no help at all. Do not bring your children here.

My goodness I am writing after an overall experience of everything. My daughter started here almost a completely nonverbal girlie but with the dedication of her team and I she grew so much the year she was there. I absolutely loved her team. Honorable mention to Kayla, Vanessa, April and MY God Destiny was my daughters first BCBA. Those women have a peace of my heart. The facility was always clean and I was updated on what was going on with my girl daily. I personally had a great experience with CC ABA! I cried having to leave due to us moving out of the city.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My daughter attended this ABA therapy center before we transitioned to Lauren’s Institute, but I had to take a moment to leave this review because this place truly deserves it. When we first started, I felt completely lost — my daughter, who is level 3, was having some of her most severe tantrums, and I didn’t know where to turn. From the very beginning, the staff here made such a difference. They were patient, kind, and genuinely cared about her progress. Little by little, I started seeing my daughter have more “happy days,” and that meant the world to us. Unfortunately, she aged out at nine years old, and since she had already been on the waitlist for Lauren’s Institute for years, we had to move on. Still, it’s clear that the staff truly loved and cared for her — and we’ll always be grateful for the impact they had on her life. This center is amazing, and I highly recommend it to any parent looking for real, compassionate support for their child.

Toured with Mrs. Samantha and she was very professional and a sweetheart. She was very knowledgeable. I appreciate the respect and the attention given during an important time like this. I toured a few centers, and most of the time i’m treated like i’m being sold something. But Samantha treated me like a human being and had compassion for my story. She listened to my concerns and was very transparent with her responses which is appreciated. I submitted paperwork immediately and the process has been easy. This is my second experience with ABA and the process was easier and I believe it’s due to this team. Thank you Mrs. Alyssa for your communication and patience. Alyssa is also a very knowable leader and has made this process amazing for me and my family. I can’t wait to start with Circle for my son and happy I’m giving aba another try!!!!!! I will give an update once we’re a few months in.

The Best ABA for my son,the staff are nice and kind .Super BCBA.my Son getting better and better day by day ,now he can talk and ask what he want and needs. I appreciate my Son BCBA Mrs.Kate ,BRT Miss .Mo and all the staff. Thank you so much for your help ,your support and your kindness to my Son❤️.
