Security is very nice and helpful. They directed me to the tax assessor's office and the lady there was incredibly sweet and helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Great experience.

Unimaginably stuffed up public servants with nothing but disdain for the public
Stopped to buy a coffee from a local shop. Was given a ticket at a spot with no parking meter. Came immediately to the City of Binghamton finance and they still charged me $25. In other cities, a grace period is standard. This is not an incentive for tourists
PIA to access this location. Not even pen knives are allowed. Most employees are very helpful.
I see over a year later and Captain Suttliff still seems to be employed here. I guess I shouldn't be surprised but it is indeed disappointing to see that her appalling behavior was never addressed. I guess when your own captain doesn't know the law, this is to be expected. Ignorance is bliss in the city of Binghamton.
Police captain suttliff also head of internal affairs.?? Isn't that conflict of interest? She is is rude, condescending and unfit for her position. Should be fired. And if ahe acts that way on camera just imagine what she is like off camera. Scary.
