I should have stayed where i normally go for my mental health treatment this isn’t it . This place is biggest joke there is . Yelling and screaming barely any groups for people . Like why even keep this place open if it’s not worth the headache. I definitely came out worse than when i went in . It’s true about staff more concerned about their door dash orders than anything most nurses were rude and horrible in every way .

My grand-daughter was a patient there last week. My daughter flew out from Portland to see her and she said that her daughter was not allowed to wear her clothes or even pajamas. As a RN who worked in an ER for over 40 years I am appalled that she was put in this situation while she was being treated. She was also subjected to another patient who was much older and harassed her. He was eventually moved, but he could have hurt her. Also she didn’t receive any one on one intervention or much support from the staff. There was NO treatment plan given to them when they were discharged. I hope that she never has to enter your doors again. Terrible situation for a young (18 years) to be placed in.

Keishawn and Justine were there for me in a difficult time and I’ll always be grateful. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, yet firm, these ladies are good at their jobs and a true asset to the company

The folks that work at Clearvista are very kind. Any situation where you have to work with a behavioral health facility is not easy. It’s emotional for everyone involved. They were professional and responsive to the patient’s (and the patient’s family) needs as much as they could be. Thank you for doing important work.

I got sent here on a 72 hour hold got out a day early but honestly, my time in there, I realized that place is horrible luckily, I was only there because I had a mental break due to medicine but there are so many people there who don’t actually get the help they need I watched A staff member kick a patient out of a therapy meeting because of his ticks Because they were bothering her The issue with this place is the staff members. They don’t listen. walk around acting and thinking they’re better than you and they look down on you. My roommate was sick the whole time I was there they didn’t give her any medicine didn’t help her she made the whole building smell horrible with how sick she was. She was going through toilet paper like crazy even having to wear diapers and they did nothing. I would even ask the staff members for toilet paper eight different times before they finally got us any I would have to borrow toilet paper from other patient’s bathrooms. Why I was in there they also wanted to give me a pregnancy test And take some blood test they scheduled them, but never did them and if you had to order special food because of allergies sometimes your food still didn’t come right If you had to get extra portions, sometimes your food did not come with extra portions I know some patients that didn’t even get to eat but luckily, the patients in there are community and they share their food Food they don’t like they give it to other people they know who do only Thing that made this Place livable was two workers and one of them is about to leave for a new job and the other one’s just a helping staffed hand member who can’t do anything they try to get you to sign papers and they make it seem to be all good and stuff simply so they can leave you locked in there and get pay off your insurance if they ask you to sign papers to consent to being there, do not sign them they will hold you there as long as they possibly can I seen at least five different people while I was in there who had no business even being in there people that got sent there on 72 hour holds that signed the papers Don’t get me wrong. There are also people there who absolutely need to be there. I also seen a guy attack a staff member and try to break out but another issue that I’m concerned about that place is definitely the fact that they have females and males in the same area even though most of the patients are in psychotic episodes and there is really no safety measures taken in place to stop incidents from patients getting hurt Whole time I was there I slept with one eye open Not to mention, the staff members will come into your room through all hours of the night start running test on you leave your door open wake you up and then pretend like nothing happened For example, when I was in there, I was having bad nausea. They thought I was pregnant and the smell of chicken kept making me sick. I could not eat lunch or dinner one day so I asked one of the nurses if there was anything else I could possibly eat even if it was just a snack because I was hungry they told me no so I asked if I could have a nausea medicine. They told me no but then an hour later they gave it to me but I was still nauseous and still hungry so I ended up crying to one of the head people and explained what was going on. Literally the only nice head person in there and he’s about to leave. Well, he went and got me a ham and cheese sandwich to make sure I got to eat so yes if in there and you cannot keep down the food or eat the food that they give you due to the smell of it making you sick or it just making you sick they will not substitute it unless you go to one of the head people and cry about it they will let you Starve first Why I was in there there was also a patient that claimed he lost his phone that the staff members had stole it Because they would not let him see it, they couldn’t find it when I got out, I got a call that night from his personal Phone he had stolen it off of them because their phone sucked to hear on there is so much more I wanna say but not enough room to

The whole inpatient program & system needs to be reviewed. Most of the older folks need to be in a retirement hom, not mixed with violent & mentally ill. Staff also need to be reviewed. Rhonda with the badazzled shoes is very rude. She will put her hand in your face & tell you to "be quiet". The doctors also need to be reviewed. I waited on a pregnancy test for 4 days & after I finally got & used it, they said it was an expired test. More than once, I didn't get my fibromyalgia meds til 11am. I had to wait around in agony. The cleaning Staff need to focus on the main common area because it constantly sells like pee. They need to DEEP DEEP clean those tables & chairs once a week cus they smell soooo bad. Using one Disinfectant wipe for the whole room IS NOT SANITARY. You're just spreading the germs at that point. Staff need to communicate respectfully. Not all of us are there for bad reasons. I was sleep deprived & my new meds gave me a bad reaction. Instead of feeling like I was recovering, I felt like I was being punished the way the staff spoke down to me sometimes. The only reason I have 2 stars is souly for Aaron Yantko's amazing dedication to his patients healing process. If all therapists were as understanding, open mined & empathetic as Aaron, I believe we'd all have a chance to get better. So thank you to him. That is all.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this Hell Hole. Food was disgusting and never hot. One female would just hit people and staff would just laugh. The nurses and techs were just plain lazy. Some would come in smelling like marijuana. I was relaxing on my bed one evening and my left side went limp. I asked the tech to please get the nurse around 5:30. She peeked around the corner looked up and said " you didn't have a damn stroke " and while walking out she said that she was giving report to the next nurse. Ummmm the next shift comes in at 7pm. She said that giving report was more important. It wasn't until the next day when the medical doctor came in and told them to send me to the emergency room immediately. And to the nurse that looked at me from 10 feet away and said in a nasty tone that I didn't have a stroke well you were wrong. I did have a stroke and I now have permanent damage because you have to get the clot buster within 3 hours not 20 hours. I've already contacted an Attorney. Your facility sucks

Avoid this place at all costs! There are only 5 or so employees who actually care and treat you like a human being. Nothing ever gets done, you have to ask at least three times before you can get what you want. Some the employees need to be a patient there because they have such a short temper. If you have dietary needs YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED WELL, they will forget things and just sometimes not even provide you what you need because they don’t want to. There is no airflow and the only entertainment is one tv and what ever is in their recreational therapy closet, that can include puzzles (with missing pieces), board games (with missing pieces), books, and a deck of cards (with missing cards). Save yourself or someone else from this place, you will not see a therapist, this place is not helpful to someone.

The doc's and the head person should be under investigation. The staff are good people and care. The build could use a lot of work.. p.s. tablet would really help To past the time!!!!
