Nobody is returning my calls, that shows what type of people they are!

After years of terrible service my son was put under the care of Dr Nathan who doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing and acts confused. She doesn’t show up for appointments and is rude and disrespectful. For example she didn’t notify me that other providers would be present and is now making me jump through hoops to get her medical records when staff there simply needs to do their job because releases have been submitted. We will be seeking health care from someone who actually cares about patients.

I’m sorry, but this place is horrible. Do not bring your kids here. They don’t care for the kids. They don’t care for the community. they don’t make it easy for a single mothers to make appointments with their kids. You only have intakes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays which days that I work my son was kicked off the waiting list after he’s been going there for two years he took a break for summer and all of a sudden they said he was off the waiting list. This place failed my son. They are not looking for his best interest in this future just seems like the therapist wanna get paid and leave. They don’t really care for these kids and it’s so sad, it’s came to the point where I’m going to remove my daughter from going here and we will look for a different therapy even if we have to drive far.

No knowledge of high-masking or female/non-stereotypical autism. Attempted to seek help here as an adult… this does not feel like a safe place, from an autistic individual’s perspective. If you need immediate help and this is your only option, it’s probably better than nothing, but I would not recommend this place

I had high hopes for finding a counselor here for my autistic son. They assured me they could provide services. I gave them our availability (anytime after school) and went to an intake appointment and then discussed treatment. Shortly after, they called saying they didn't have anyone available during those times and would call back within 3-6 months. No one ever called or returned my calls. Then they charged me $450 for wasting my time.

I heard about Clifford beers through another great nonprofit here called Havenly. Clifford beers is great. The team of professionals at Clifford Beers is highly qualified and experienced. They are not only knowledgeable but also empathetic and compassionate, creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone they serve. It's evident that they are passionate about what they do and are always willing to go the extra mile for others. What sets Clifford Beers apart is their commitment to inclusivity and diversity. They treat each individual with respect, regardless of their background or circumstances, and strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance and understanding.
