I think you do an amazing job with kids at age 12 . However the communication sucks. My child was transferred from Lutheran to Clive do to no beds. We was new to your facility. I was told visiting hours was 7a-4p first visit was early so I waited patiently. Then told visiting hours was 4p-5p . I arrived at 4:39p and told I was to late and was not able to visit because I needed to be there no later then 4:30 and I should have gotten that at admission. But my child was a transfer because Lutheran had no beds. My child thought I lied because she call me when I was on the way. I wrote her a note expressing I was here but late and to know I love her . And was told she would get this message. However she never received it. So my trust went from 10 to 2

No follow up supports what so ever except the saying the IEP team at his school. This is a lie. The school has no additional resources or supports and are already providing the best they can. The social worker at discharge was not helpful. We knew more resources. Only thing Clive did was provide a respite for the family in need. No therapy. Just stabilized and medication with no help after. Plus a HUGE Bill that we are still paying.

I am saddened by the lack of communication between staff and parents. No one ever calls to discuss care or what has been done, med changes, nothing. They don't deliver clothes to patients right away, which increases stress & anxiety in those already dealing with high levels.

Place is a joke. REFUSED to admit my son who needed help severely but was told he wouldn't be receptive to group therapy because he is on the spectrum. Then they referred us to a place that only helps children up to the age of 6. Pathetic.

It’s incredibly difficult to get someone on the phone to talk to. I had to call 9 times before I was able to talk to someone about my son. My son asked for a stuffed animal and I guess you have to have a dr say that’s ok for you to have, which I don’t understand. Tried to call to talk to my child and wasn’t able to get a hold of him and asked them to have him call me back, he called but it wasn’t because they told him that I had called. Not once did someone tell me how much any of this is going to cost. Update: 1/21/26 - I just received a bill in the mail for the one week my son was there, $725.90 …. YOUVE GOT TO BE SHITTING ME! Nothing was ever discussed and no one is there to talk to about this..
