Got a whole month of services from this place for my autistic 3 year old. He was receiving ABA services and is on medicaid. I’m a full time student, and his dad works full time so we were finally relieved to find a place we could trust for our baby. One day they called and said not to bring in our son bc there was an issue with billing from insurance who Kelly said this happens often w people who have medicaid and almost implying that the insurance isn’t good enough. They told us to wait 2 months to fix the situation, so dad has been out of work now that he is unable to resume services. I called for an update and they said well our slots are filled now so even if it is resolved we can provide services to your son. The BIGGGEST JOKE. All we did was show up and do everything we were supposed to. -10/10 experience

My wife and I hired Dr. Trutter to help our family with our grandson. She taught us behavior strategies that changed our life and made daily tasks achievable! Her ability to listen to us and and then target the behavior was amazing! Our grandson is so much happier and feels successful too!
