I can only evaluate based on a minor interaction. They definitely pick up the phone and are helpful and kind. You can also leave a message and they will get back with you. They answered all my questions and helped point me in the right direction.
Coastal has helped change our children’s lives in so many positive ways ! We feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful ABA clinic . Our son started when he just shy of 3 ... he is now 5 just graduated the program and is doing amazing . Some days i am just shocked at the progress he has made . This clinic truly works miracles . They are so loving and caring to the children as well . It has melted my heart as a parent of a special needs child . Thank you coastal for changing our life !
