I have two children that are in OT and one in Speach and soon to start physical therapy. The staff is super friendly every therapist we have seen has been amazing and truly helped my children obtain goals I could not do on my own. It takes a village and the staff here have become such an amazing village full of helpful tools and knowledge! Any time I have a referral sent over they are quick to help us get on the schedule. I always know that my kids are in great hands when I drop them off for a session. My daughter Anna never wants to leave she enjoys her connection with the staff and has come along way in skills since starting her therapy journey!

My child needs help, and this place not only gave him the resources to grow but also gave me the grace to learn how to make good use of their services. My son saw his therapist from spring of 24 to spring of 25 and I only left because we moved. We've had wonderful experiences with Coastal Therapy! Our first daughter began physical therapy at 17 months, and we worked with Joanna for 1.5 years to help her reach key milestones. The experience was so positive that we specifically requested Joanna again for our baby. We've now been working with her for a few months, and she's been fantastic—knowledgeable, thorough, and always making sure I feel confident with the exercises to continue at home. Everyone at the office is friendly and welcoming. We’re so grateful for the care and support we've received!

We love coastal! My son has been there for well over a year at this point and he’s made incredible progress. He’s made more progress at coastal than with any other rehabilitation services he’s had. He gets OT, PT and speech through coastal and each therapist goes above and beyond to make it a good experience for him. You can tell they genuinely love their jobs and the kids that come through the doors. My son is so happy there, which makes us so happy he’s there.

Having two boys, with special needs, who require Speech, PT. and OT services we want to commend Coastal Therapy Services for all they have done for our family. For the past six years, we have spent ten plus hours per week in various therapies. The therapists and staff have become like our “second family” and the clinic a “second home”! Our standards and expectations for the boys and their growth and development are very high and we are most pleased that Coastal therapy has been instrumental in meeting their individual needs. They often go above and beyond, always pushing them forward to achieve new goals. Professionalism, communication, caring and love have made our experience at coastal therapy most helpful and encouraging as the boys grow and move forward. We are thankful for Coastal therapy.

We recently moved back to the area and our first priority was to establish therapy for my son at Coastal Therapy. When we lived in the Charleston area a few years ago, my son received therapy at Coastal three days a week. We saw forward progress for the three years he obtained services and everyone that we encountered was very accommodating. Most importantly, my son enjoyed going to speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Fast forward to now and we are still receiving the best therapy we could ask for. My son has three different therapists that are all caring, well-educated, and extremely understanding. My son's skills are already progressing well after a few months of attending. We love Coastal.

Words cannot express how pleased I am with Coastal. They have become a major part of my family and continue to go above and beyond in their care for my daughter. OT Erika, PT Hannah and our former OT Liz, as well as the office staff have welcomed my family with open arms and are always willing to accommodate us no matter the situation. I experienced the warmth first hand, with how they were willing to adjust their schedules during my health issues. I would recommend Coastal to any parent, because of the love, acceptance, and care my daughter has received.

So thankful for Coastal Therapy and our therapist, Erika. We have been treated like family since day one and I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
