I had a very disappointing experience at the Wrightsville location. From the moment we arrived, the waiting area was overcrowded and extremely loud — so much so that it was difficult to even communicate with the receptionist. Our therapist, Joe, didn’t come across as particularly warm or engaging, and it felt like he may have been either new to the role or not used to working with young children. My one-year-old had a hard time warming up to the environment, which isn’t surprising given how chaotic and overstimulating it was. The most troubling part came as we were leaving. Joe made an uncalled-for comment about my three-year-old (who was not the patient, just accompanying us) possibly benefiting from “OT for kids who don’t follow instructions,” simply because she was hesitant to put on her shoes when asked. This remark was unnecessary, judgmental, and completely inappropriate. Overall, I left the office feeling anxious, judged, and frustrated. I expected a more supportive and child-friendly atmosphere from a pediatric therapy provider, and unfortunately, this experience missed the mark entirely.

My son started off just getting PT for awhile but has added on OT & Speech once a week as well at this location. We love all our providers, Alyssa, Alison & Megan! Everyone in the office knows us by name & really have built such a deep personal connection with my son. They are super accommodating with illnesses and schedules. I truly don’t think my son would have came this far without Alison especially. She has really taken the time and attention with my son to make sure he has a successful future. She even helped us get into OT instead of having to go through our pediatrician for a referral in person. She’s never allowed to leave haha. Alyssa is great in providing detailed summaries of the sessions & giving helpful strategies and things to work on at home. You can really tell every provider here is passionate about their jobs & really care

John is very professional and knows his job. He is very pleasant to work with and so patient. Aaliyah does a great job of keeping the appointments straight and with a beautiful smile.

My daughter started coming to ot over a year ago. Ms Kendall has been her OT therapist and let me tell you. This amazing woman not only gave my child all the tips and tricks to life but me as well. I’m beyond thankful for the time and effort Mrs Kendall has put into my baby girl for over a year! ( wrightsville ave location in Wilmington nc)

Kiersten is such a great OT! She’s so great with Delilah!! Delilah loves her a lot too! They have such a sweet bond! Kiersten is phenomenal in identifying Delilah’s needs & concerns and addressing! She got Delilah referrals in no time the same referrals I was asking pediatrician for months. Delilah is starting to feed herself and is trying variety of foods now . Chewing faster and swallowing faster. Day care said they noticed a difference since starting OT and she started not too long ago even. So we are excited to be working with Kiersten to continue to meet milestones! But I would definitely recommend Kiersten for OT with out hesitation!

Ms. Hannah at Burgaw location has been an absolute blessing! My daughter is extremely shy and usually takes a long time to warm up to people, but Hannah has a special way of connecting with children and making them feel comfortable. Over the past year, I've watched my daughter blossom under her care — she now looks forward to her sessions and always asks, "When am I going to see Ms. Hannah again?" That kind of enthusiasm speaks volumes. We are truly thankful for the progress our daughter has made and for Hannah’s patience, skill, and genuine care. Highly recommended!

John and Chad have changed my life! I came to them after being denied treatment for four years by various medical professionals and was rapidly deteriorating. I lost most mobility in my dominant right arm and was left in agonizing pain. They were the first people to not only recognize there was an issue, but tell me that they could address and fix it. A year later, I can finally say I’m recovered. Ask me if I would feel that way a year ago and I would have told you it’s impossible. John and Chad truly are miracle workers. They are professional, kind, understanding, and I would happily recommend them to anyone seeking help.

John did a great job with the treatment of my foot pain. I have had extreme foot pain for the last 2 years. I have seen several doctors with no good results. I have taken shots and spent a lot of money on shoes,insoles and compression socks. The treatment John administered and guided me through started working quickly. My foot feels so much better. I feel I am getting life back.

I enjoyed working with the people at this group. John was especially helpful.
