The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially with insurance issues. My therapist has helped a lot and calls me out on a lot of my biases lol. I'd recommend this place, good execution of CBT.

Spent the first 5 sessions with the doctor explaining what CBT was. Waste of time and money. If the doctor's late youre told to wait, but I was 15 mins late and was slapped with a $100 no show fee. Find a doctor that actually cares about you. This isnt the place
