I love everything about this place

They’re the best. Above and beyond!!

My Daughter goes there. They are definitely unprofessional if this is true. She Erica told my daughter it was ok to backtalk and smart off to her parents. Now what you all think about that! Maybe express yourself. But to smart back at your elders is just not expectable. No wonder these kids are the way they are. No help from you people just add more drama. Invite the parents! Let’s see if the stuff coming out of their mouths are lies to you all. Oh yea I forgot kids and therapist today have thin skin. Better watch what you say. Now you can find my number and call me. Let’s see who and what is going on up there.

Never go here. I waited a month for an appointment just to be told she couldn't do anything for me, and i left with no help. Very inconsiderate and rude NP

Honestly, I love the staff here and Dr. Jessica. Never have I once felt disrespected or mistreated. Will continue to come back.

It’s a lot….I am not one to publicly complain, but that’s exactly what I’m going to do here. I still go here. Have been since I was in high school. MISTAKE!!! I have nowhere else to express my anger but here. I want to clarify that it is NOT the receptionists I’m going after here because each time I’ve had to call to ask for my medicine to be refilled (after appointments have been cancelled by the NP), the receptionists have passed on that message and have been patient with my many calls. However, I AM angry (and probably should’ve left years ago). My appointment was cancelled THREE times. I was even switched doctors and THAT was cancelled. Each time, I had to go out of my way to call Cognitive to get my necessary prescriptions, hounding them. They have been slow to fill these, waiting until the end of the day, about when my pharmacy closes. I’ve been worried all day throughout work and now sitting at home, “Am I going to have the medication I need for tomorrow morning?” Yes, I should’ve called sooner but normally, after each appointment, they automatically refill my prescriptions. Well, it’s been over 2 months. Because of the NPs at Cognitive, I won’t have my medication on time. I haven’t seen an NP since July (I’ve never even met my psychiatrist). This is a sad excuse for a mental health facility. I’ve known 3 people that have left this place due to similar circumstances. I’ve only had issues (going on a little over 6 years now). Thank goodness I’m in a stable place currently. I feel bad for the other patients going through the same thing that aren’t as fortunate. I’m being forced out now and will be contacting elsewhere, hopefully a place that takes the mental health needs of their patients seriously because to leave a patient unseen for MONTHS at a time right after prescribing new medication….you should be doing better. Much better. I do not think the NPs at this facility see how much more damage they’re doing than good. If you cannot manage working at the hospital AND at your practice, CHOOSE ONE. Stop leaving your patients in the dark, being unreliable, and careless. OR AT LEAST BE TRANSPARENT AND PROACTIVE. If you’re not gonna see a patient you haven’t seen in a while and you know their prescriptions are running out, REFILL THEM. It’s the least you could do. Your patients will be grateful to have actual access to the resources they need. I know I would be. Nonetheless, I’m sickened and disappointed. Disappointed I didn’t leave years ago. Sickened that there are actual workers in the mental health field that have so much apathy towards their super important and necessary jobs. People rely on you guys. This is what you’ve shown them about relying on mental health professionals.

Don't go here if you have an mmj card. Was told that they like to discriminate, treat you like an addict and not treat you. Personally, I have experienced that they change appointments at the last minute and are very rude and inconsiderate.

Their link broke, so I was called a no show for an important appointment. Now I'm being told I need to wait three weeks to reschedule. This is incredibly disheartening and unacceptable.

The N.P. is intentive and asks questions about my symptoms and addresses any concerns that I might have. She sometimes doesn't fill my prescription's based on if I saw her that month, that's the only thing that strike's me as wierd. Other then that I'm happy with cognitive Health.
