Cole Pediatric Therapy

I used to really love this place when my daughter first started and got her evaluation and then was able to get her first speech therapist who was awesome and just when my daughter was starting to make some progress she ended up leaving. Then she got a new therapist and now we are on our second one and this one we liked as well and my daughter we starting to make some progress again but come to find out she is leaving again so. I’ve decided this isn’t the place for us anymore because I don’t see my child making any progress through a steady therapist who is going to stay for more than 2-3 months. And the only person who is benefiting is the company from her insurance and that’s not fair to my child who needs the speech therapy.

I have two private insurance but just because my son also have medicaid he was rejected. The Manager called me with the promise of looking in to this matter but never heard from her again. So not everyone is welcome here. Basically if you have two private insurance and the third one is state insurance your child we will get rejected. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

We cannot speak highly enough of Jess Yoon and the exceptional care she has provided for our child, Owen. From the very beginning, she has gone above and beyond to support his growth and development. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication have truly made a remarkable difference. Jess has been instrumental in helping Owen reach milestones we weren’t sure were possible so soon, and we are confident that he wouldn’t be as far along in his progress without her. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance, support, and the genuine care she brings to every session. Jess has far exceeded our expectations, and we feel so fortunate to have her on Team Owie!

We LOVED ms Jen!!! She is absolutely amazing !!! My son was able to master out of things quickly along with showing the skills he learnt outside of session! I’ve noticed a difference in his speech along with his behaviors. I’m extremely sad to transfer him to the lumberton location due to moving but I highly recommend ms Jen for any child!! I am very boastful over the progress she’s made with my son! He misses her incredibly so much. I was skeptical at first with the location of the clinic but after seeing and hearing the progress he made I would transfer him back to her if I could!!!! She is absolutely amazing and her communication to parents is outstanding!!! She would send home crafts and the work he done home so I can help work with him as well at home !!the new location he’s at doesn’t do that. Me Jen is outstanding with her work ! I refused to let him see another therapist and would reschedule if she wasn’t available. Not enough words describe her as a speech therapist and an amazing person. She’s beyond understanding in so many aspects!! He talks about ms Jen outside of session and on days he don’t have session he begs to see ms Jen. If your child ain’t bragging about their therapist then is it really the best?? We had the best of the best and she is absolutely amazing we love miss jen!!! So sad we had to leave

They got back to me quickly and they were helpful on getting things sorted to be able to take my son in. The therapist we met with for his initial assessment was very personable and great with our son. We are feeling hopeful about working with them.

Everyone is so nice and warming and always willing to help the kids needs.

Jennifer Knight is the absolute best. She is my little Javaree's speech therapist and he truly adores her. He has excelled so much since starting therapy in Dec 2024, and I am so very grateful and thankful to have had the opportunity to have my little one seen here. I would recommend Cole Pediatric Therapy to anyone who inquires. GREAT PLACE, AWESOME STAFF.

Ms. Skyler is AWESOME. She is so personable and good with my non verbal son. He is always SO excited when she comes and gets him for his sessions(this says a lot, he doesn’t take to too many people). She took the time to get to know the things my son likes and doesn’t, and personalizes his therapy exercises to suit his individual needs. I can’t brag on her enough, she’s everything you can hope for in a speech therapist and so, so much more. Thank you Skyler. Cole pediatric is also a wonderful place, the staff is always super friendly and super understanding when things happen. They always make our twice weekly sessions a pleasurable experience. 5 stars.
