Parents are difficult and parents of kids that already have behavior problems can be very sensitive about things, this place has a staff of trained, certified, and kind educated people who treat children with respect they usually don’t get at home, it’s sad people only come to leave reviews when they’re upset because there’s probably over a hundred parents who would leave excellent reviews but clearly the owner has put no effort into trying to change or manipulate their google reviews so that tells you she is focused on important stuff and she’s not on here arguing with peoples bad reviews
