This place doesn’t show any respect nor concern for patients. My appointment was over a month out and I kept calling BEGGING to get in sooner because I needed help. The best they told me was to “call a crisis hotline.” When I did have appointments I was met with gaslighting, lack of urgency and “I’m sorry I wish there was more we could do.” They don’t even pretend like they care about what you have to say. It’s heartbreaking that this is one of the few resources in this area. Horrible mental health facility.

They have the WORST INTAKE. A COMPUTER DECIDES WHATS BEST FOR YOU (now). They fed me horrible pills for YEARS for an ailment I did not have. My diagnosis requires therapy which just isnt profitable. These people are like used car salesman with the pill pushing. They dont take an EMPHATIC NO 50 times as an answer, i was called at home to be offered another pill I wasnt already offered. They like to keep you sick bc thats more profitable. I switched NP's, I switched counselors many times. This place is bad news. But likely no other good place in the area to go to. So be vigilant!

I am writing this review to help anyone who is thinking of getting services from CHBS. I had a great experience here. Dr. Shah has been phenomenal in my recovery and mental health. When I first came to CHBS I was in a dark place, was having anger issues at work, my relationships were suffering, I had difficulty in focusing at work and home and was having panic attacks. Dr. Shah helped me with my ADHD by prescribing the best medicine which helped me focus and complete my work, and she also prescribed a controlled substance for my panic attacks needed at that time and it helped me greatly. She is very compassionate and gives her patients the time they need. I benefitted immensely from her counseling in acquiring and maintaining my job. I feel so blessed to have Dr. Shah and I highly recommend her to all of my family and friends. I give her 10 out of 10. I am also happy with the front office scheduling service and would give them 9 out of 10.

Had a bad phone call to reschedule an appointment October 23rd 2025. The young lady that answers the phone needs to learn her customer service skills. Very rude on the phone. I love my therapist and psychiatric doctor. But the people that answer the phone there makes don't want you not to come for your visit. 🤔

helped me when i needed it the most. they can be slow with appointments, but they are trying their best. varying levels of experience in the therapists i assume, but honestly i'm a big fan of the psychiatrist

This place is a joke . Please don’t waste your time it was great years ago but now The providers just don’t care at all .

This is now the 4th time I've scheduled a phone appointment, because its too far for me to get to the office, instead of receiving the calls I get nothing not even reached out to.I have called them about this and there response(after sitting on hold for several hours while being told the wait time is 1 minute), on top of telling me the appointment that i set specifically to be over the phone, was for walk in, was oh well we will reschedule for 2 months from now. Now 2 months behind on my meds and chbs clearly doesn't give af im tired of feeling like theres nothing I can do about it you guys need to get your act together before this becomes a legal issue
