If you guys don't allow patients to be more than 10 minutes late without having to reschedule, I feel it's only right to hold the doctors that work here to the same standard. My time is just as valuable as theirs and I also have a schedule to maintain. I missed work for an appointment I didn't keep because I shouldn't have to wait for more than 10 minutes passed my appointment time. UNACCEPTABLE!!

I would Not recommend this location all Brand new Graduates. They have no clue what there doing and can't hear you through your mask. Seems to me they have no clue what they are doing.They do not make things better they make things worse!

My first appointment was supposed to be today at 9 with Jenn Hardy and she was late i had no idea how to log into my zoom call with her. I called 3 days before to try to get that information from her and she never returned my call. It is now 30 min passed my appointment and i have been on hold. The lady on the phone cannot contact anyone supposedly. Now i will be another person with mental health issues that reached out that will go untreated!! thanks a lot. I was actually looking forward to getting help.

Absolutely unbelievable. I called to ask some questions about cost of an appointment and prescriptions. Just got a no from the person who answered the phone. No information. No ballpark cost. No nothing. Dont know why I expected more.

I love the people here but again color line is STILL not updated!!!!! When I call to ask the colors the receptionist tells me she can't do anything and to call back in an hr. I call back and wow magically the same exact person is now able to notify the nurse that the colors have not been updated. Again I've attempted to reach people and ask why it is not being maintained!? One day it's done at 4 or 5 am the next not don till 930! When USA can "be done" from 830 to 12 how is the first hour even possible? Again nothing against the staff here I absolutely enjoy my care there, but someone needs to do something about the color line
