My child has seen two of the counselors at this business the first one she was scheduled every other week and after about four times canceling I requested a new counselor. We got a new counselor and was now scheduled every week and then it started happening again canceling several times. After about the fourth time my child didn’t want to go anymore. This is heart breaking when a child needs help and they actively ask for it and then their outlet keeps canceling. I asked my child if she wanted a different counselor but was told what’s the point when they keep canceling their appt. I would not recommend this office based on these experiences.

Just by reading the negative reviews id have to pass on this place . They obviously have some issues with being very unorganized and being insensitive to people's situations. Please feel free to berate my opinion like you have done to others but you cant run a business like this ...........for very long

Compass embodies greatness! All the individuals that work there are exceptional! If you need help they are the place for you! The front admin staff are absolutely phenomenal and the most kind you will ever meet!

This office as a whole has worked together to ensure my 2 children feel supported and safe. They love the therapist that were chosen for them. We have been coming to compass for 2 years and it’s been fantastic. The front desk ladies are wonderful as well and very welcoming and friendly.

We use this facility for our whole family in a wide variety of services. The staff is amazing and the doctors are very knowledgeable. We highly recommend compass to anyone seeking a General Practitioner or Mental Health support.
