Mandy and Tracy are wonderful to work with - communicative, cheerful, and thorough. We have been in speech for three months, twice a week with our three year old. When we started, I (his mom) could understand probably 20% of his spoken language. Other people rarely understood him. We mainly communicated via sign language, verbal sounds that imitated real things (like a truck), and context. After 3 months, I can understand 80% of his spoken language and do not have to have context most of the time. We no longer use sign language and rarely does he use verbal imitation sounds. Others can also understand him now. Even though he is working and learning, Mandy makes each session so enjoyable that he looks forward to going to speech! Our journey isn’t over, but we are very thankful to have found great therapists and look forward to future progress!

Our daughter has been working with a speech therapist at Compass Therapy for over a year now, and we could not be happier with the services she has received. Our daughter loves going to speech every week, and we can 100% credit that to the therapist who makes it so much fun for her. Compass Therapy has gone above and beyond what we could have ever asked for in a therapy company. They are engaging, fun, positive, encouraging, and flexible. Our daughter’s speech has improved tremendously, and her confidence has grown immeasurably too.
