Comprehensive Behavior Supports

My daughter was with this agency for a long time but now this agency is messed up. No therapist since march 2025 . Not good case manager . Case manager changed every two months. Very irresponsible BT they hired. Before I emailed esti , now she is not responding me too . Altogether very bad service they are providing now . I don’t know that m I the only one suffering this situation or anyone else? My daughter is approved for 25 hours but I don’t see any service.

Excellent service and very impressed by the efficiency here. Deeply appreciate the BCBA Heather and the therapist Tanya. My son has improved a lot ever since we started the in-home ABA service here.

Great agency with great workers! Especially our care manager Etty Raskin was so responsible, respectful and professional! She is wonderful and always helpful. My son made amazing progresses with this agency! Thank you so much everyone!

Ellen has been such a gem to my son and I. She’s been very instrumental in her role of getting my son the ABA services that he needs and I am very grateful. She took the time out to send me different list of Doctors that I was able to reach out to and get my him evaluated. She also always checked up on us for feedback regarding our experience. Fiona is the greatest with such positive energy, I appreciate corresponding with her in regards to taking a case, while Fiona is very good with following up with me and sharing if the location is suitable for my travels. Fiona shows empathy and care to ask if I'm comfortable with a new case and scheduling needs which I am 100% satisfied with. Thank You.

Dr. Todd and Zahida Johnson are amazing! The support and programs they provide for our son, is tremendous. Our son has blossomed under their tutelage, I thank god for the great fortune and opportunity for them to work with my son Andy.

The worst agency ever DO NOT waste your child’s time Pleaaaaaase They took about 4 months to send first Therpist She is not a therapist even !!!! I advise the agency to close and open anther business because Autism IS NOT BUSINESS ONLY !!! There are parents who have hard moments and need helps The life is not only money !!!!!!!!!!
