Wow!! I must admit that I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the lack of professionalism, bedside manners and downright ugliness from the phone staff at the front desk. As a medical professional myself, I cannot recall one time that I've ever experienced or witnessed someone speak to a patient who may be possibly coping with mental health concerns, in the manner in which this office did. The woman who answered the phone facetiously told us that "she never called or texted our phone. The 'computer' did." Then, she continued her tirade of over talking, yelling and abrasiveness when we tried to get clarification on our issue. I am deeply disgusted & a bit hurt that someone feels content with mistreating an active and treating patient. I feel so sorry for anyone who has ever dealt with the complications of mental incapabilities who have to visit this facility. God bless this woman. Maybe she was having a bad day but this was horrible.
Love jenson Bergeron and his kindness. He's very tentative and awesome with his therapeutic approach. The first time I had a session with him I was pleased. I recommend him
Today I had my first meeting with Dr. Strother. He is so kind and patient. Within the first 5 minutes of being there I felt like I was in the right place! Thank you all for your help.
I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect. Extremely friendly staff. Everyone is very professional, yet down to earth at the same time. And the Dr is very comforting and polite. My visit was a very stressless experience with great ppl.
Our first meeting with Dr. Strother ran very smoothly. The office staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Strother made us feel very comfortable.
This is my second review, Dr Boudreaux and Dr Strother are two of the kindest people that I have ever met. These two with the rest of the staff really care about their patients which is what we are looking for in healthcare professionals. Again I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs an ear to vent to.
