My child has been going there since he was 4 years old. He is now a well adjusted, thriving 15 year old student making straight A's. Ms. Bobbi is the best. She really knows how to relate to children and their parents. Can't thank them enough for getting us all on the right path.

Our experience wasn’t great. Took forever to get an appointment and most of our interaction was through my chart and email. It seemed they were really over worked and under staffed. Lots of things slipped through the cracks. Our consults were informative and it really seemed there was a desire to help, just not enough resources to go around. We liked our PA (never saw the Dr.) but we also didn’t see any progress.

Took enough time to really evaluate my little one! Love her!

I waited 17 days for them to tell me they could not see my child. The referral was lost, the insurance card was lost, they didn't have enough help. When they finally got the prior authorization together, my insurance was accepted. But they didn't have enough staff to actually do any counseling. If there were a 0 * option that's what I would give.

My child was evaluated and offered medication at age 4. We opted to try alternative tools initially. Her provider told us that all we needed to do was to come back if we decided we wanted to try a medication. Following multiple suspensions and removal from afterschool programs, we decided to try medication to assist with impulsive behaviors; however, after her physician retired, she was naturally transfered to another provider in the same office. They required my daughter to go through the evaluation process again, which takes approx. 4 months. Despite her evaluation being current and mounds of behavioral evidence, they refused to honor the evaluation provided by one of their own. The only explanation I got was that it was due to the provider change. No other survice requires a repeated full eval due to a provider change. We are disappointed. The second star is only for the provider that retired. He was great!
