It has been such a pleasure to work with Connec-to-Talk in a professional manner. From their leadership staff, to their BCBA's, and RBT's, they really care about the kids. Their staff is professional and their centers are warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.
My son has been with connec to talk Pikesville clinic since Oct 2023 . He has progressed so much. The BCBAs at this clinic and his RBTs have been a great support through his journey in ABA . If you are a parent who is involved in your child’s needs and development, connect to talk is a great clinic to have on your team to help your child work on achieving those goals . Attend the trainings , ask questions and be informed . They communicate well and care about your child’s progress . Only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because of a high turnover rate . That is a big deal for me as my kid strives off consistency and routine .
Trust the negative reviews. They are not what they first appear to be which is sad.
The communication is very poor and they discriminate on the location for services needed for assessment. They ask you a thousand questions reach out to your insurance and less then 24 hours you receive a call saying we don't have the staff to accommodate your child will put her back on the list. Not professional at would not recommend
My son is diagnosed with ASD/ADHD/Sensory Processing Disorder. Connec to Talk has a sensory gym that helps to strengthen his gross/fine motor skills. He enjoys the activities while accomplishing his goals.
