Inviting, fun for the kids and we made great progress in speech therapy.
Never answer the phone when you try to call reschedule and or cancel it just reroutes you but if you have 3 no shows they drop you from the program regardless what your child’s speech therapist says, they don’t seem like they care much to help children just to make a quota wouldn’t recommend this place
My son had the most wonderful experience with his OT, Maddie, at Connect the Dots. My son has dyspraxia and I went into his evaluation feeling really bad for not having figured out that was going on earlier in his life. Maddie encouraged us that my son was not too old and that he would see results quickly. She was RIGHT! He learned how to use his body much more effectively and Maddie taught us so much that we could take home and work on together. My son also has ADHD and we found that that the focus exercises Maddie worked with him on significantly cut down on how long it was taking him to do his schoolwork each day. I couldn't recommend Maddie or occupational therapy more. She (and OT) were a miracle for us and we will always be grateful.
Erin is amazing! She has helped my child grow tremendously. She is always in his corner and so positive and encouraging. We could not ask for a better fit than Erin. We are so thankful for her!
We have been with Connect the Dot for almost 8 years and it has been the best place I could ever ask for for my son! Sarah is wonderful and my son loves her!
My child has had therapy here with Ms Michaela for months and she is so patient with my rambunctious toddler!! Always plans her therapy in a way that keeps my kid engaged and when we go she is always excited and ready to “play”! When we had a recent review of her skills the progress she has made and the strength that she gained just in doing all the fun things at therapy is impressive. The waitlist was long but well worth it.
Hannah has been a God send for our family! My daughter has made, and continues to make strides that we’ve been told were impossible. Not only is Hannah incredibly amazing as a physical therapist, she connects with my daughter and myself like we’ve known her our whole lives. Something as simple as a smile when you walk through the door makes all the difference from medical providers when you’re navigating complex medical issues. We will be forever grateful for Hannah and the work she does! Zoe has also always been an absolute gem anytime I’ve needed to call the office! Thank you CTD team!
Hannah Hocking is one of the best physical therapists my son has seen. I am so glad we found her!!!!
Our PT, Hannah, and OT, Maddie are simply THE BEST! Our family is incredibly fortunate to have these two be a part of Team Pinkalicious. Hannah is really good at reading my daughter’s non-verbal cues and knows how to communicate her requests with the perfect blend of authority and play. They share a bond based on trust and joy, and because of this, my daughter works hard at each session and is willing to try new activities. Maddie is really good at listening to my concerns and wants, and following up with either information or willingness (and excitement) to try new things to achieve these goals. With my daughter, there is a tenderness she offers, a sweet space of comfort and peace. Together, the two have helped me create a home program that is integral to my child’s well-being and happiness. Therapy sessions are important because they are when we can show off skills, try new activities and brainstorm for what to do at home, but this is just once piece of the puzzle. The other piece of the puzzle is the home program. You gotta do the work. If you want to see your child gain new skills and are willing to do the hard work of a home program, Maddie and Hannah are your girls!
We’ve been at Connect the Dots for about a year. We see Makayla for PT and Sarah for OT. Both have been fantastic for our child. They’re so patient, and are able to pivot easily to suit my child’s needs or moods. Lots of the games are self-directed so they’re very motivating and fun. My child has been in PT for a year and he’s making great progress. He just started in OT but we already see improvements.
