I would give zero stars if I could. Don't ever go here. They never answer the phone, all you can do is leave a message, then they don't call you back. I even tried faxing, with no response. They couldn't care less about their patients. Dr doesn't show up for your appointment, then they won't refill your prescription. The absolute worst.

Ruby decided to put me on Lamictal while on Trileptal knowing I have a heart problem . When I reached out about my concern no return call. I called and spoke to Jolene who said possibly switch providers . Jolene said Dan is great . Next thing I know after 2.75 mg of Klonopin daily prescribed from CBHA for over a decade they discharge me saying I discharged myself because I didn’t agree with my treatment plan . Total lies . I was mislead by Jolene the secretary. I get a letter of lies about my discharge. Misleading and have put my life at risk . Please if you are on a benzo and go here … Start to ask to taper your medication and leave there ! Definitely a place I loved until Jolene lied ! George was the best doctor and was weaning me off the klonopin until Covid hit and only telehealth was available. He didn’t feel comfortable not seeing me weekly with the taper ! Awesome doctor and so sad he left . Karen is rude definitely had to throw that in there . Karen is definitely a Karen !

Amazing place, Dr,Klin has helped me so much. Honestly, done more to help my mental health the any other place I've been to in the past 19 years, They listen to my input and understand my thoughts and concerns, I'm not just handed a medication and told "take this we know what's best for you" it's very calm and collective and a person I feel like I can talk to without my social anxiety choking me. Tldr: This is one of the best mental health facilities I've been to in my life. And I whole heartedly reccomend them.

I have had at least 10 doctors in the past 20 years and my mental health has never really improved . George Costanza is the first person who has actually listened, truly cared, and thought outside the box. Now that I am properly medicated, I feel better than I have in years. He is a truly top notch provider and I recommend him to the highest degree

Jamie is absolutely the most compassionate and professional receptionist there could be in this profession. She is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and spends time with patients. I had been having trouble getting other providers to respond to Release of Information requests. Jamie took the time to call them and refax requested. I’ve had to call in to see if these records were received and she’s always very kind. Thank you Jamie😊
