I've been seeing Bambi for going on 4 years now. My life has improved so much. I won't say therapy isn't hard but when you have a provider who is well trained and compassionate, it makes a world of difference. She also offers telehealth, which can make therapy more accessible. 10/10
Bambi has been an amazing therapist! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist. There's somewhat of a stigma associated with therapy. She doesn't make you feel shamed or awkward. I really appreciate the option for video conference visits too.
