Honestly terrible. The lady I saw (don’t even remember her name because I never went back) should probably not be a therapist.

I saw Kendra Fuoss for therapy for four years, and while things started off well, over time, my experience became very negative. Initially, she was great at helping me navigate my struggles, but when I began discussing issues with friends, she would often twist the situation to make it seem like everything was my fault. This approach made me feel incredibly guilty and bad about myself. She frequently interrupted me when I was trying to explain what was going on, and she insisted on doing exercises that were unrelated to my concerns, which felt like a waste of our time together. Her actions made me hate a lot of things about myself, and she consistently painted me as the bad person in situations. The therapy became so toxic that it turned me off from seeking help elsewhere. It not only damaged my self-esteem but also strained my relationships and left me feeling worse than before. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone seeking a supportive and constructive therapeutic experience.

I sent an online submission; I got a response back and I called monday and left a message; she tells me to contact receptionist if I am wanting to schedule. She didn't even go over everything like she said in her first email. communication needs work. I am sure the counselors are great; I have a family member who says they have had good luck; but if you can't get a good first impression then its not worth it. I have already been that route.
