I asked the receptionist why I wasn’t informed about the billing until a week before my baby’s appointment, she claimed while laughing “Do you go to the doctor? You know it’s not free to go to the doctor’s office right? Did you expect this to be for free” My son’s doctor referred me to them with no explanations. I have no idea what this is, how they help or what their process is. They could’ve easily reminded me to check my insurance before anything was set up. Instead they made an appointment that I waited 6 months on, had me complete all the surverys just to have the so “understanding” receptionist laugh when I asked.

This business was so very thorough in testing my child to diagnose him with ADHD. He is now 22 and happy and peaceful and living with his ADHD.

They did an outstanding job when it came to my daughter’s evaluation and explaining the diagnosis. I was very pleased with how detailed they were in the reports! The doctor was Happy to answer any questions we had and also provided further resources to help. I would strongly recommend their services!

They really need to check the mental health of their staff. They made mistakes that led to a very hard to get appointment, that took months to get, and so many hoops jumped through, to be cancelled by their staff. All because the person taking contact information still wasn't able to spell a name correctly after being corrected 3 times. For some reason, unlike every other business that I've dealt with that never cancels appointments if you don't follow up before showing up, they are so dead set on making a buck that if there is any doubt in their mind you will show they will cancel your appointment, and fill the slot immediately. Then due to the fact that they made a mistake, which they absolutely tried their hardest to blame on anyone but themselves, you have to start all over somewhere else. Not like planning appointment with a house full of children that need to be taught from home, and someone who needs to somehow work full time to pay bills and put food on the table in the middle of pandemic isn't hard enough. These people a beacon of the pathetic state of our mental healthcare system. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Made an appointment 6 weeks ago for a child in my care that needed to be seen. This company was told during the process that the best way to contact us for confirmation was via the e-mail address that I had provided and then I gave them the proper spelling of the name. It was confirmed by one of the employees that there was a mistake with the email address and they sent my confirmation emails to the wrong address, due to a spelling error. Then I proceeded to get on the phone with Dr. Gotcher who thought it was best to say that all mistakes in this were my fault repeatedly. This man absolutely refused to take any ownership of the mistakes made by the staff but wanted to act like I was in the wrong completely and then question why someone would be angry.
