Called to schedule an appointment, did not receive a call back. Called again seeking help for my daughter. I was told they would be calling me back to schedule. Weeks later, no response.
We have been going there since December of 2009. Dr. Tom has been amazing with our Special needs child, as well our selves as a family. They have an array of therapists to fit your needs!
I know there is not a lot of choices in Clinton IA, but do yourself a favor and don't come here. The building is in poor condition ( do they even have building codes in this town?) I got sick (COVID-19) and had to cancel 2 (less than a week apart) scheduled appointments.When I was better and after quarantine I was told my therapist Elisha would no longer see me due to her attendance and cancelation policy? Which btw was never mentioned to me prior nor did we go over this fictitious policy during our meetings?? Not professional and not a place you want to give your trust to..
This is the best place I know to get diagnosed and get therapy. All the staff are kind and polite, genuinely care and don't judge. They are even willing to provide a reference for SSI benefits, and give advice about medication and all kinds of things.
I really enjoy going to cornerstone, I feel very comfortable there, I'm really happy with my counciler.
