Love all the staff and people!!!! They really stride for the kids it’s an amazing place to learn and grow . All the kids are so sad to have to leave after their sessions !!!! Thanks Cortica for helping my two grandchildren!!! You guys are the best .
Such an amazing place! Stuff is so supportive and interactive with each client and does a terrific job making sure their needs and goals are paid attention to!
I had a wonderful experience with Cortica Burlington. The staff is amazing and truly caring. What I mean by that is that the teachers love what they do. I’d like to personally give a special shout-out to Madison, Sydney, and Louise for taking such great care of my nephew Noah. They treat him like their own son, and he loves them so, so much. They’re doing an excellent job, and he’s improving every day. I hope everyone who comes to Cortica has the same great experience we’ve had!
My Fiancée and I started looking at ABA centers as soon as we were getting close to aging out of EI. They were able to get us in and seen and diagnosed very quickly Since then although we have had many changes in staff , due to the clinic transitioning to block scheduling . However I will say , every BT she has worked with other than one (if they are still employed there or not any longer) helped my daughter in some way ! So for that we are grateful , we look forward to see her continued progress as we have seen alot in her social skills , things like eye contact , visual boards , and having tools given to us by staff has helped us better understand and communicate with our daughter . It took awhile to get settled in but now that she is we can only hope to see more progress this year .
A special thank you to Christina Burns and Tyler Sennick for helping me through this new stage in my son’s life! We are still in the adjustment phase, but I feel so happy knowing that Nathan is adapting to his new routine! Thank you!
When you are contacted for the first time, the usual big promises are made. However, as often happens in this region, the staff cannot fulfill a simple task like booking a visit, wasting mine and the PCP's time with several back-and-forth, unclear emails and phone calls. Reading through the comments of others, I am happy to avoid this place.
I would have loved to review with not a single star but google will not let me. This review is not to address the expertise of the provider but rather the inconsideration given to patients booked for appointments. If a service is dealing with patients with autism I would expect some flexibility. I arrived to the address provided to me 5 min late, we could not find the right building and walked all the way to the end of the building and walked back with my son giving us a hard time. We made it to the office 12 min late. We explained the situation and the receptionist told us we are past 10 min late and cannot see the provider. Agreed ! but she showed no empathy but rather pulled out the letter confirming our appointment and showed us and let us know to call and schedule a new appointment. I am not disagreeing with policies put in place but this lady did not exemplify anyone caring for kids in this population. She showed ZERO empathy to the situation and rather acted like we were just another number. I hope your organizations can use this to improve of patient experience- thank you
