My son is a different person since starting less than a year ago. I'm so grateful to God that we found a program for him that delivers real results. If you have lost all hope, dont give up. There are good people out there. Highly recommend.

All I can say is Wow! Very Unprofessional! I went through the entire in take process which include on-line forms, uploaded my insurance card, contacted insurance to ensure it was covered. Talked with Springtide at length in regards to my sons needs etc. We were VERY excited that we found this program. They say they can start treatment with in 7 days! Sounds great right??? WRONG, they have a waiting list approx. 8 months to a year. I ask why we did all this if there is a wait list? She suggested you can take him to the West Hartford location!! That's over an hour away. Not to mention if the wait list is a year then my son would age out of the program. I asked what are the chances of something opening up earlier and she said not likely because they promised spots to other clients and had to cancel them at the last minute because of overbookings and other student not graduating as expected. To top it off I received e-mails the next day suggesting I fill out the in take forms to see if their program will work for my son! WHAT!!??? So needless to say.... I would highly recommend not getting your hopes up because they are misleading at best. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!

Wonderfull child center. They have speech/PT/OT/ABA therapy all in one location. Staff really cares about your child and we see improvement. Won't go anywhere else!

My daughter is going for speech therapy sessions at Springtide. They worked with my Insurance is soo quick and we are able to start the sessions immediately. And also Speech Therapy expertise they have is very very good.
