I tried to call about a simple issue, I got a poorly working automated answering machine- and once I finally got in touch with somebody it -she was extremely rude!- simply redirecting to some portal that never works.
The completely inept front desk staff will basically ignore you unless you chase them down physically from the back beyond the front desk that there is nobody ever sitting at. If you enjoy feeling like you broke into somebodies home during their dinner- you will feel welcome here.
Unnotified appointment cancellation and repeated portal access issues created unnecessary medication instability.
Courser Lapo is an amazing place to go to therapy. They have a lovely serene lobby with a fountain!!! My therapist has helped me work through so many things. I am better because of her. Thank you!

I don't see any progress on you Or the part of courser lapo you are the second therapist between father and son you, sir, are not above the law. You should be held accountable for blatant. None compliance. The last time I spoke to you, made a couple of allegations towards me of which I do not understand truly one of which you stated that I am using you to see my son and the second it's something about a werewolf and silver bullets. None of which I comprehend, also that you don't do special favors and you don't care who I am, I don't understand. Also, buying off my son.. You have been ordered to bring us together. So I don't think that I am using you in any Inappropriate way. I am very disappointed in your work and that of the agency. In my opinion you are not qualify to counsel my son. I would appreciate if would allow my son to receive counseling from another therapist or just dismiss are case, including my son from courser lapo. You sir, have not Begun the reintegration process with my son, and I in my opinion, I feel that I am being discriminated against and that I am being punished because of my medical condition, and disability, I did not plan on this happening in my life.I just want the chance to be a part of my son's life. thank you....today emailed scott and I believe was the supervisor wanting to file a complaint also the journal entry motion to enforce no answer.November 15 2024.
