Karen is very knowledgeable. She is not at all judgmental- thankfully! Her advice was practical and helped me thru the early days with my new companion. I will definitely be coming back for more when my Hazel and I are ready for advanced learning! Ps-it’s really very fun!

My pup loves his day at camp. The staff has been wonderful.They are knowledgeable and experienced with dogs that can be shall we say very energetic like my pup and over time his behavior has improved a great deal. He can be a handful at times but Sam and the staff work with him and accept him for who he is. He looks forward to his camp day and comes home tired and happy every week. Greatly appreciative of all they do for him.

I am the owner of a 1 year old goldendoodle and our family contacted Karen at Courteous Canine when our dog was about 4 months old. She was destructive chewing as well as going through typical bad mannered puppy behaviors that we wanted to nip in the butt before they became habits. We have utilized their at home training services as well as their Unleashed Day Camp. Mia now has been attending camp for almost a year. Unleashed Day Camp has been a wonderful way for Mia to socialize with a variety of breeds, work on manners, burn energy, as well as keep busy while everybody is at work. Karen, Sam, and Heather have all been absolutely wonderful with Mia and her behaviors have improved tremendously. Mia has gone from being a lot to handle to an absolute joy! We can't thank them enough! All the trainers at Courteous Canine are true professionals that know their stuff. They assisted us in overcoming behavioral issues and working with our dogs to achieve their AKC Canine Good Citizen and Community certificates. The class sizes were smaller and offered one to one attention. Our dogs looked forward to their classes and had fun.
